Abstract Presentation

The abstracts will be presented ONLY electronically as e-posters.

Deadline for the abstracts’ submission: November 9th, 2018

All abstracts must be submitted electronically. Please fill in and send the abstract form by November 9th, 2018.
A necessary condition for the judgement and acceptance of the abstracts is for one of the writers to deposit his/hers registration fees and send the bank receipt by e-mail at Αυτή η διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου προστατεύεται από τους αυτοματισμούς αποστολέων ανεπιθύμητων μηνυμάτων. DIRECTIONS FOR THE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Please follow strictly the below directions for submitting your abstract:

  • The abstract must be written in a word file, at Arial 10 and the text should not exceed the 250 words.
  • The title must be in capitals and as brief as possible.
  • The writers’ names must be in lowercase letters - in front the first name and afterwards the surname.
  • The institution where the abstract is coming from must be in lowercase letters.
  • The abstract should include "Introduction", "Material and Methods", "Results" and "Discussion".
  • Scientific responsible of the abstract is considered the one that has filled in and sent the abstract form at the official Congress’ website.
  • The acceptance or rejection of your abstract will be announced by e-mail sent to the scientific responsible, the one that has filled in and sent the abstract form. If you will not receive an e-mail about the acceptance or rejection of your abstract by November 16th 2018, you should contact the Congress Secretariat at Αυτή η διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου προστατεύεται από τους αυτοματισμούς αποστολέων ανεπιθύμητων μηνυμάτων. Notes:

  1. After submitting the paper, corrections are not acceptable.
  2. The abstract that is not fulfilling one of the above-mentioned conditions or instructions should not be accepted and sent to the scientific committee.
  3. The payment of the registration fees does not automatically imply the acceptance of the abstract. In case of rejection of the abstract the registration fees are not refundable.
  4. If at least one of the writers has not deposited his registration fees, the abstract should not be included in the Scientific Program.
  5. The Organizing Committee serves the right to ask for more information regarding the submitted abstracts.
  6. The scientific responsible of each abstract should take care for the correct completion of the abstract form, so that there should not be any problem during the electronic correspondence regarding the acceptance or rejection of the abstract.

In case that the abstract form is not filled in fully and correctly, the abstract would not be sent to the scientific committee.


DIRECTIONS FOR THE E-POSTERS SUBMISSION

The abstracts will be presented as e-posters in PowerPoint files.

Since you have received the e-mail of your abstract acceptance, you should send your e-poster (ppr/pptx) file directly to Sonar Acoustics - Sound & Vision systems at Αυτή η διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου προστατεύεται από τους αυτοματισμούς αποστολέων ανεπιθύμητων μηνυμάτων. Χρειάζεται να ενεργοποιήσετε τη JavaScript για να μπορέσετε να τη δείτε.. At your e-mail please refer your full name, the number and the title of your abstract.

The deadline for the submission of the PowerPoint file is November 29th 2018.

The files must be formed in PowerPoint program (as ppt or pptx) and particularly:

  • in one slide
  • in landscape direction
  • at least in No 9 font
  • in dimensions 25,5 Χ 19,05 cm (as default in ppt) up to 34Χ19,05 cm
  • with static pictures or animations (please do not include videos or web links)
  • up to 10Mb each file

Within 48 hours from sending your e-poster, you should receive a confirmation e-mail from Sonar Acoustics.
